Q: Is airtel Broadband Available there?
Q: I want to purchase C-Type Villa. Any one if interested in Selling.
Q: Recently i came to know that builder is creating some problems for issuing NOC for resale. Earlier builder was charging 100 Rs. per sq. feet for NOC not it is increased to 450 Rs. per sq. feet. According to me this is illegal. Builder does not have any right to stop some one for selling his own property. Please advise on this point.
Q: Paramounts Villa Pvt. Ltd. Project--paramount golfforreste Initially they never cancelled the allotment and continued to get the money after paying for more then 2yrs now they have levied late payments charges after recovering 90% payment. Lot of my friends wish to sell it out. Friends its trap. They dont even deal directly and no will ever give you the real picture. They wont give possession before 2014 and they started taing money from March-2010 onwards.
Q: After sale, service is not good. Heated dedicated freight corridor(DFC) is passing through Golf Foreste area. And appeal for shifting of DFC by group has been filed in High court. What is the status? DFC was not shown by the group in plan at the time of booking. Representatives of Group are not picking up the phone. Kindly update. Regards, Dinesh
Q: The agent told me that the smaller villas are sold out. May be he is bluffing, just want to see if anybody booked those smaller villas. If yes, what has been your experience
